We don't have the fastest shipping time you can find on the internet and we want to be transparent about that.
What we do have is the objective of improving the quality of life of our clients and their beloved cats. We believe that our products have the potential to impact the world with affordable prices because the possibility of spending quality moments with our pets should not cost a fortune.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed we can't cancel it, if you need to change delivery info, contact us asap. Once the order is processed we will be unable to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take around 12 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Kattventyr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you the Tracking Page provided.
